Your annual meeting will be held on Monday, April 15th at 6:00PM.

We are in need of a volunteer who can join management in the clubhouse to open/tally the Ballots. You would open/tally the ballots and record the results of the envelopes that are being opened.

Please contact management if you are able to volunteer!

Providence Community has a beautiful, well-appointed clubhouse available to rent for your event. Clubhouse rental forms are available by logging into your Resident Portal along with instructions for renting. Rental fee is $100 a day and deposit is $250. There has been an increase in incidents related to careless driving through our community gates, which poses a risk to all residents and visitors. It’s crucial for all of us to remember that the speed limits and traffic regulations within our community are in place for the safety of everyone. The gate areas, in particular, require extra attention and caution. Here are a few key points to keep in mind: Reduced Speed: Please adhere to the posted speed limits and drive at a reduced speed when approaching and passing through the gates. This will provide more time to react to unexpected situations. PLEASE ALLOW THE GATES TO FULLY OPEN PRIOR TO DRIVING THRU.

Please pick up after your pet. There has been an increased volume of dog waste found in the common areas. Besides being unsightly, animal waste can be hazardous to your health and the health of your pets. It is important to immediately clean up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, you will be in violation of your Community CC&R’s (Article 6, section 19).
