Pool/Spa Reminders

There have been some recent incidents at the pool that we would like to avoid from occurring again.

Please note some important pool/spa rules:

• The pool/spa hours are 7am-11pm, June-September and 7am-10pm, October-May.

• Residents under the age of 14 years old, must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person that is at least 18 years old. 

• Smoking is prohibited within the pool/spa area.

• Pool/Spa areas are to be entered through the gates only, with a fob. Climbing over a fence to enter or exit, is prohibited.

• Each household is entitled to bring up to 5 guests into the pool area, at one time. Residents must stay with their guests at all times.

• Pool furniture should not be removed from the enclosed pool area nor put into the pool or spa.

• Furniture should be returned to the appropriate place when leaving the pool and umbrellas should be closed after use.

There are additional pool/spa rules that can be found on the Resident Portal and also posted at the pool. Please note, if the rules are not adhered to, privileges to use the facilities, can be revoked.
