Mulch

On recent property inspections, it has been observed that many homes are in need of mulch and/or the mulch needs to be refreshed. Please take the time to check your planters and the side yards, to ensure you add mulch or freshen it up as needed.

Not only does mulch make the community look aesthetically pleasing, but there are many other benefits. Some of the benefits are: it improves the soil and becomes a nutrient as it decomposes, it retains moisture in hot weather and prevents excess moisture during rainy months. Another important benefit is that mulch helps with soil erosion. This is one of the most important functions of mulch.
